In-Service Course Enrollment

Cardinal Criminal Justice Academy member agency personnel may enroll in in-service training courses by completing the information below. Enrollment information will be verified through a supervisor. Enrollment in all courses is subject to seating availability. Students being enrolled in an entry level course must complete an application for admission and physical examination form (physical forms are not required for dispatcher and animal control courses) prior to being enrolled in an entry level course.

On-line courses will be made available to students who are registered by a supervisor with the rank of sergeant or above. The supervisor must contact Ms. Cindy Sarver, the academy secretary, by telephone and provide the student's name, social security number, and the class in which the student is to be enrolled.

Non-member agency personnel must contact the academy by telephone to enroll in in-service courses. Non-member agency personnel are not permitted to enroll in on-line training courses.
